CEBAC Project Manager

Who are we?

The Council of European Business Associations and Chambers – CEBAC is a platform of 13 bilateral business-oriented organizations that support European business in Serbia. All together we represent approximately 1.500 companies in Serbia, most of them with foreign capital from companies located in the European Union.

CEBAC commenced its activities in May 2024, based on a joint memorandum signed by all participating organizations. It is currently in the process of formal incorporation.

The aim of CEBAC is to

• further develop and support the improvement of the legal, institutional, and competitive business environment for companies in Serbia
• strengthen Serbia’s attractiveness as an investment destination
• enhance trade relations between EU countries and Serbia
• facilitate the exchange of knowledge on doing business in compliance with Serbian, EU, and international regulations

In addition, CEBAC

• represents, promotes, and protects common business interests of its members
• organize joint events, round tables, seminars or webinars, and, thus, create networking opportunities
• develops joint positions towards Serbian authorities and international insititutions
• conducts additional activities in line with its mandate

On 26th May 2026, the executive board of CEBAC mandated the German Serbian Chamber of Commerce (AHK Serbia) to fulfill the secretary function of the Council from August 2026 until July 2027 – according to the joint memorandum signed by all participating organizations. With approximately 440 members, AHK Serbia is the largest participant of the Council and, furthermore, the largest bilateral membership organization for business in Serbia.

We are looking for you - our new

CEBAC Project Manager

with a proven track record in 

• successful project management, ideally concerning events and bigger conferences
• including attraction of sponsors and financial resources for the implementation of CEBAC projects
• drafting and finalizing of positions papers, CEBAC texts and statements
• communication with our stakeholders from the political sphere as well as from the business world
• organization of CEBAC business and executive board meetings including the drafting of minutes
• announcement and promotion of CEBAC activities in the media, on social media and website

The working contract with AHK Serbia will be limited to 12 months, due to the fact that CEBAC is in the process of incorporation. As soon as the incorporation will be finalized, there is an option that the employment contract will be transitioned to the newly founded legal person of CEBAC.
