Job title: Change Analyst - FTC - 6 months
Office location: Španskih boraca, Belgrade - Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
About the role and the Team:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of network maintenance activities scheduled by ourservice partners, maximising use of automation and existing change management processes, to ensure that all impact (and risk of impact) to our services due to work carried out by third parties is known and understood by our customers and colleagues. Assist the Change Manager to manage all activities in the overall Forward Schedule of Change effectively and efficiently.
What will you be doing?
- Intake, assess, and categorise planned maintenance notifications received from service partners, ensuring each activity is accurately matched to its corresponding configuration item in ServiceNow and associated tooling
- Create and maintain Change Registration records in our Forward Schedule of Change that ensure internal stakeholders and customers are informed in a timely fashion, attending CAB when appropriate to raise awareness of major changes
- Review change notifications and actual change activities against service partner SLA, escalating breaches to the Senior Service and Lifecycle Manager
- Assist the ITIL Change Manager with internal change requests, CAB, change reviews, etc. as required
- Report on agreed KPIs, review and identify opportunities for automation and continual service improvement
What we are looking for:
- Relevant experience in the telecommunications or ISP industry
- Change Management or Service Partner management experience
- Excellent written & spoken English language skills
- Good analytical skills & attention to detail
- Interest in ISP and Internet technology
- ITIL foundation certification — Desirable
