About the Role：

Position: Chat Support Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and real-time chat support to our clients.
• Solve problems efficiently, effectively, and with a high degree of professionalism.
• Assist with product support inquiries and guide users through platform features.
• Engage in data analytics to track feedback and enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications：

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service within IT, Online platforms, or Live Chat support environments.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Spreadsheets (Excel).
• Languages: Native Serbian and near-native level of English (both written and spoken). Additional languages ​​such as Spanish, German, or French are considered a strong plus.
• Key Attributes: A hardworking, highly responsible, and self-motivated professional with strong integrity and reliability. Possesses a proven capacity for autonomous learning and a genuine willingness to grow together with the company.
