For our production site in Niš, we are looking for a responsible and communicative person, with teamwork skills and the ability to successfully organize the workplace.

JOB TASKS:

• Management, organization and control for the overall financial and accounting activities of the enterprise;
• Excellent knowledge and application of IFRS, national accounting standards, tax and social security legislation, internal processes and procedures;
• Responsible for the correct and accurate recording the accounting information in the accounting records, drawing up interim and annual records, as well as preparation of the annual financial statements and annual tax return of the company;
• Preparation of VAT, reports for the NBS and the NSI within the deadlines set by law. Draws up and posts protocols on Intra-Community acquisitions, posts customs declarations;
• Preparation of economic analyses of the economic activity of the enterprise;
• Implementation of preliminary, current and subsequent internal financial control over compliance with financial and payment discipline;
• Responsibility for the regular performance of the inventories and recording their results;
• Management of planning of the financial activity and participation in the development of the accounting policy of the enterprise;
• Cares for providing the necessary financial resources to perform the tasks for all activities of the enterprise and ensures their most rational use;
• Organization and responsibility for the storage of accounting information in the manner prescribed by law;
• Assisting the company management in exercising its powers in financial, accounting and economic activities;
• Preparation and execution of payment run;
• Coordination with GBS Center.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Higher economic education in Accounting and Control specialty;
• Certification as a Certified Accountant or a comparable professional accounting qualification is considered an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in the same or a similar position;
• Excellent knowledge of the legal framework related to the position;
• Very good command of English – written and spoken, German is an advance;
• Responsible, communicative person with teamwork skills and ability for good organization in the workplace;
• Computer knowledge and ability (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Teamwork skills;
• Analytical thinking;
• Discretion and precision;
• Skills to work with fiscal device and accounting software;
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems;
• Experience in manufacturing industry.
