Chief Information Security Officer

Key Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and continuously enhance our global information security and cybersecurity function.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Risk Management, or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in senior leadership or executive-level information security roles.
• A proven track record of developing, implementing, and leading enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies within international organizations.
• Extensive expertise across multiple security domains, including: Cloud Security, Network Security, Endpoint Protection, Application Security, Infrastructure Security
• Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with internationally recognized security standards and frameworks, including: ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF), PCI DSS, GDPR, CIS Controls, SOC 2
• Significant experience leading security audits, compliance assessments, and regulatory examinations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management, information security governance, and corporate governance principles.
• Demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
• Previous experience in highly regulated industries such as Financial Services, FinTech, Banking, Payments, iGaming, or Technology is considered a strong advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
