Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced independent contractor to join our team at Advanced Construction Southwest (ACS).

This role involves technical assistance for our Estimating Department and/or CAD Design department. Work includes production drafting, material take-offs, framing coordination, and preparation of construction/detail drawings for US multifamily wood framing projects.

This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals looking for flexible remote work arrangements and long-term collaboration opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material take-offs and rough estimates for bidding purposes (Bluebeam, Excel)
• Prepare CAD drawings and detail sheets (AutoCAD)
• Collaborate with team members and clients to support project success
• Deliver high-quality work within project deadlines

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture required
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel
• Ability to communicate in English in a professional environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with BlueBeam
• Experience with US construction/project standards
• Experience with rough framing or wood framing projects

• This is a Independent Contractor position with the following details:
  • Location: Remote position – Belgrade based preferred
  • Payment Terms: Hourly rate depending on experience, Bonuses
