Civil Engineer Assistant

China Shandong International Economic and Technical Corporation Group Ltd ogranak Beograd announces the recruitment of a civil engineer assistant.

Project: Construction of an underground garage in Vlajkovićeva Street

Initial basic salary: 1200eur

Qualifications and requirements:

• Provide technical support and project management assistance in coordination with the responsible engineer
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports, including progress analysis and performance tracking
• Supervise on-site construction to ensure compliance with project documents, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution
• Understand and apply FIDIC contract provisions in daily project activities
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and technical standards
• Monitor project progress and actively participate in planning and scheduling control (proficiency in MS Project / Primavera preferred)
• Prepare and review construction methodologies and work execution plans
• Manage and maintain complete technical and project documentation
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and cost estimates
• Assist in claims management processes and contractual correspondence
• Be responsible for the full project lifecycle management from commencement to completion, including preparation and approval of documentation for permits, completion acceptance, and handover
• Coordinate with relevant government authorities regarding approvals, filings, inspections, and compliance matters
• Prepare documentation related to parking operations, such as operation permits, safety management procedures, emergency response plans, and parking space usage management documentation
