Claims Specialist/Safety Assistant

About the Role
AAM Network is growing, and we're expanding our team to match. We're adding a Claims Specialist to build out a dedicated claims function — someone who can own the process from intake through resolution as our fleet and claim volume scale. This is a foundational hire for the team we're building, not a temporary fix.

On-site — Belgrade, Serbia
Monday–Friday
What You'll Do
- Manage the full claims process from initial report to closure
- Prepare, organize, and submit required claims paperwork
- Communicate directly with insurance adjusters, carriers, and internal teams to keep claims moving
- Track claim status and follow up proactively on outstanding items
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready claims records and documentation
- Flag delays, discrepancies, or at-risk claims to leadership
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience handling claims (trucking/transportation industry needed)
- Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable dealing directly with adjusters
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning a caseload independently
- Working knowledge of claims documentation and process (DOT/FMCSA context a plus)
- Reliable, on-site availability Mon–Fri
