Clerk for freight forwarding and logistics - Operations

We are looking for an International Logistics Operations Clerk to support day-to-day import and export operations, with a particular focus on LCL consolidated cargo.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily import and export operations, primarily involving LCL consolidated shipments.
• Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L) instructions.
• Monitor shipment schedules, ETD/ETA updates, and cargo movements.
• Communicate with international agents, warehouses, and internal operational teams.
• Support shipment-related administration, cost verification, and the resolution of day-to-day operational issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field.
• Good understanding of international import/export operations and shipping documentation.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new logistics systems.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Previous experience with LCL/FCL shipments.
• Familiarity with German and/or Scandinavian logistics markets.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping regulations.
