We are hiring a Client Care Specialist to join our team in Kragujevac.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely, efficient, and high-quality support while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
- Daily communication with clients, handling operational requests, and proactively improving the overall customer experience
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner and resolve requests efficiently
- Monitor client satisfaction and collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Identify appropriate solutions for client issues by coordinating with relevant departments responsible for resolving the root cause of dissatisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and ensure transparent communication regarding issue resolution outcomes and next steps
What You Bring:
- Previous experience with customer service or client care
- Advanced English language knowledge
- Basic knowledge of CRM or ticketing systems is considered a plus
