Seeking a highly professional Client Experience & Sales Coordinator to join our international operations team.
This position combines customer service, travel coordination, and sales conversion, assisting clients booking private luxury transportation throughout San Diego, California, USA.
You will work with executives, corporate travel planners, concierge teams, and international partners, helping them coordinate seamless transportation experiences.
Compensation
Base Pay: $6 - $9 per hour – depending on experience and qualifications. Plus commissions.
Additional Earnings: Commission and performance incentives for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, & upselling.
Sales-minded coordinators who actively convert quotes into reservations have strong earning potential through commissions and bonuses.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, coordinating travel logistics, and converting inquiries into confirmed reservations.
You will be the first point of contact for clients booking luxury transportation in San Diego, providing professional guidance while ensuring a five-star service experience.
Because we serve international clients, clear, polished English communication is essential. Advanced or Native-Level English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to transportation inquiries via phone and email in a professional and confident manner
- Convert client inquiries and quote requests into confirmed reservations
- Provide accurate quotes and recommend the best transportation solutions
- Book and schedule transportation services with strong attention to detail
- Dispatch trips to chauƯeurs and manage daily trip flow using dispatch software
- Monitor trip schedules and make adjustments when needed
- Communicate daily with clients, chauƯeurs, and aƯiliate partners
- Proactively follow up on open quotes and pending reservations
- Identify opportunities to upgrade vehicle types or services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate reservation details in the system
- Assist with follow-up on invoices and outstanding payments
Required Qualifications
- Advanced or native-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident phone presence
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable/fast internet connection and professional remote work environment
- Must be open to work in the evening to late-evening hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, transportation, reservations, or travel coordination
- Previous sales or booking conversion experience
- Experience converting inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Experience using CRM or dispatch software (LimoAnywhere experience is a plus)
- Experience communicating with international clients or partners
