WHO WE ARE

AI Profit Lab teaches new online entrepreneurs how to build and sell micro-niche mini web apps using AI tools.

We run a membership community, live workshops and bootcamps, and do-for-you programs.

Our students come to us to help them monetize their expertise and turn it into a digital product.

That means learning how to build a marketing funnel, how to position their Mini Web App, creating lead magnets, email sequences and social media strategies to bring traffic.

THE ROLE

This job is part client success, part project management.

And it has one main goal, which is getting students to their first sale.

You'll be the person our students hear from most and the person our team checks in with every morning.

You'll keep students moving, run every project in ClickUp, and direct our tech VA and social media VA so the right work gets done at the right time.

When something needs a decision above your level, you bring it to the founder early, with enough context that she doesn't have to dig.

What You'll Do

• Onboard every new student. Lead the kickoff call so they leave knowing exactly what happens next and what we need from them.
• Guide niche and offer decisions. Help students choose their niche and shape their offer using our internal frameworks.
• Create assets with AI. Use our prompts and AI tools to produce branding kits, mini web app SOPs, lead magnet SOPs, welcome email sequences, and funnel copy.
• Manage our tech VA. Write clear GoHighLevel landing page briefs, set priorities, and QA every funnel before and after launch.
• Bring in our social media VA. Loop them in when a student's Threads needs work, and make sure the handoff is clear.
• Watch the numbers. Track Threads performance and sales conversions so you can spot who's gaining traction and who needs help.
• Improve what's live. Review landing pages and tweak copy when traffic isn't turning into sales.
• Check in with students regularly. Find out what they're working on, where they're stuck, and what they need, then nudge them forward without babysitting.
• Run the team day to day. Check in with the team daily, clear blockers, and keep every student's status, wins, and next steps organized in ClickUp.
• Spot trouble early. Students who go quiet, fall behind, or get frustrated get flagged to Luna before it becomes a problem.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Natural English: Spoken & Written
• Digital marketing experience. You understand funnels, landing pages, lead magnets, and email sequences, and you can look at a page and tell why it isn't converting.
• Coaching industry background. You've worked inside a coaching business, a coaching program, or an agency serving coaches.
• Client success or project management experience. Account management, student support, or delivery work all count.
• Experience managing others. You're comfortable briefing a VA, giving direct feedback, and following up until the work is done right.
• A coach's instinct. You can motivate someone who's stuck and hold them accountable while still being kind about it.
• Organized by default. You track your own follow-ups and close loops without being reminded, even across many students at once.
• Comfortable with AI. You already use prompt-based workflows, or you pick them up fast.
• Ownership. You act instead of waiting to be told what to do.
• Bonus points if you know GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Digital Marketing, copywriting, funnel building, or vibe coding.

What Good Looks Like

• Students feel supported, and they're moving toward their first sale.
• Students get a reply the same business day, every time.
• Funnels go live tested and working, and underperforming pages get improved.
• Every student's status is clear in ClickUp, and both VAs always know what to work on next.
• Founder hears about problems from you first, never from a student.

Type: Full Time Contractor, 40 hours per week
Pay: [$1200 to $2,500 per month], based on experience
