Collection Specialist

AAA Freight is looking for a motivated, responsible and reliable individual to join our team as an Collection Specialist.

Job Description:

• Manage monthly billing and perform invoice adjustments
• Maintain and track written communication with clients in a timely manner
• Record and post financial transactions accurately
• Monitor declined transactions and reprocess them (voided chargebacks)
• Collaborate with the sales team regarding collections and client-related matters
• Create and implement payment plans
• Update daily collection lists and gather required documentation
• Use HubSpot for tracking and managing client data and activities
• Ensure tasks are completed within defined deadlines and procedures
• Maintain efficiency and effectiveness of work processes
• Safeguard confidential business information in compliance with applicable laws
• Protect company assets
• Apply occupational health & safety, fire protection, and environmental protection measures
  Perform other duties in line with qualifications as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• High school diploma (IV level of education)
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and organization
