Commercial Operations Administrator

Location: Valjevo

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Commercial Operations Administrator who will support daily commercial and procurement operations through accurate administration, documentation management, and coordination activities within a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, issuing, and administering sales and purchase orders
• Preparing and issuing invoices, delivery notes, and other accompanying sales and purchase documentation
• Systematic archiving and organization of documentation
• Maintaining purchase and sales contracts with suppliers and customers
• Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual purchase and sales reports
• Ensuring that all sales and purchase activities are well organized, properly documented, and fully compliant with internal procedures and contractual obligations

Conditions

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma (Economics, Management, or related field)
• 2–3 years of experience in the same or similar roles, such as procurement
• Advanced English knowledge (both written and spoken) is a must
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience working with the SAP information system is considered an advantage
• Driving license – Category B
