About SAC
SAC is a newly established European manufacturing business created to deliver a modern, technology-driven production platform for blinds, insect screens and shading solutions. Operating from our new production facility in Serbia, we are building a business designed to serve leading retailers, trade partners and commercial customers across Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity to join SAC during its earliest stage of development. As one of the first members of our commercial team, you will work directly alongside the company's leadership team and play an active role in helping shape the systems, processes and customer experience that will support the business as it grows.
We are not looking for someone to simply follow a process. We are looking for someone who wants to help create it.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the heart of the business, connecting customers, sales, product management, systems, supply chain and production.
You will play a key role in supporting customer onboarding, commercial administration, product setup, systems integration and launch execution. From the moment a new customer is secured, you will help coordinate the activities required to move that customer through onboarding, testing, launch and into production.
Working directly with the leadership team, you will gain exposure to every aspect of the business and become involved in projects that would normally sit across multiple departments in a larger organisation.
No two days will be the same. One day you may be helping prepare a new product launch for a major European retailer, the next coordinating product data, supporting system testing, liaising with customers or helping resolve challenges that arise as the business continues to grow.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- You will support a broad range of activities including customer onboarding, account setup, product and pricing implementation, product code management, customer system integrations, ERP system administration, launch planning, project coordination, customer communication, sales administration and ongoing account support.
- Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, Production and Systems, you will help ensure that customer projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.
- As a growing business, flexibility and willingness to support colleagues across multiple functions will be essential. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and is willing to contribute wherever needed to help the team succeed.
Who We Are Looking For
- Whilst previous experience in administration, customer service, internal sales, customer onboarding, project coordination or commercial support would be beneficial, attitude is far more important than experience.
- We are looking for someone who is naturally organised, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly and where teamwork is essential.
- A strong level of competency in Microsoft Excel is essential. The role will involve working with product data, pricing files, onboarding information, launch trackers and reporting tools on a daily basis. Applicants should be comfortable managing data accurately, analysing information and using Excel as a core business tool.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams is also important.
