Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Consultant at iO Partners, Belgrade. The Consultant will be responsible for managing client projects across SEE Region. The Consultant will also be involved in active business development, relationship management and assisting in the expansion of agency portfolio and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop a profound understanding of real estate and logistics market to provide tailor-made solutions to clients’ needs
• Business development
• Provide excellent relationship management (clients and developers)
• Act as a point of contact for clients and managing project at each stage; coordinate several projects simultaneously
• Advise clients by providing relevant information about current market conditions and rental options
• Prepare Leasing offers, Head of terms, RFPs and negotiating commercial conditions
• Participate in professional or client’s events and business travel within the scope of the role required
• Actively cooperate with other IO business lines within Serbia and Agency teams across CEE IO network
• Database updates, data processing and preparation of reports

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in economics, Real Estate or a relate field preferred
• Experience with real estate
• Real estate license
• Ideally 3-5 years of experience with full business processes

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and Serbian language
• Precise, reliable & well-organized professional
• Drive for sale
• English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Serbian – Proficiency (C2)
• Microsoft Office – Advanced
• Driving license B
