 Job Details                 

The purpose of this role is to roll out & embed best in class project management for Pepsico South Central Europe & Baltics (SCEB) Marketing & Commercial Agenda through stage gate process & KPIs consistent with PepsiCo best practices & principles.

The Commercialization Supervisor will be accountable to ensure on time Calendar launches, improving project speed to market, reducing errors in project execution and associated costs for the flagship local & global Pepsico brands (Chipsy, Clipsy , Pardon, Gud, Doritos, Lays, Cheetos…) within 3 MUs / 15 markets in SCEB.

Accountabilities

• Lead, effectively coordinate and promptly deliver
• Innovations, activations and changes related to Pepsico business yearly plans Ad hoc and ‘day to day’ commercial changes
• Ensure all product change projects are managed through the correct process, governance, and successfully launch in market on time with the alignment of all relevant cross functional partners
• Support preparation of monthly SCEB Activation Board meeting, assuring necessary Leadership team approvals and alignments
• Coordinate and support Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain functions by supervising CHS and BAL weekly status meetings and regular post launch projects status follow ups
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports and tracking of the key projects’ indicators for Innovation and Commercial changes projects

 Qualifications            

• BA degree in an applicable disciplines
• Previous experience (3 5yrs+) in FMCG project management, marketing or supply chain operations
• Knowledge of common project management principles and tactics
• Team player with a track record of collaboration
• Process and result driven, methodical and systemic,
• Fluent in English
