Key responsibilities and deliverables:
- Receiving, classification and record of written complaints of bank customers
 - Collecting information and documentation, processing and preparation of responses to customers’ complaints
 - Communication with all departments regarding customers’ complaints
 - Sending prepared responses to customers
 - Receiving and recording of NBS’ requests for statement
 - Collecting information and documentation, processing and responding to the National Bank of Serbia
 - Proposing mediation in solving disputes
 - Preparing and creating internal and external reports regarding complaints
 - Participation in testing of relevant activities, identification of problems in the work and make proposals for improvement products and services of Bank
 - Customer education through written communication
 - Providing support on complaints handling among all organization employees
 - Handling all other tasks delegated by the direct superior
 - Cooperation with team of Complaint Officers
 
For the good start, you will need:
- University degree (preferable in Law)
 - At least 3 years of experience on similar positions
 - MS office proficient
 - Fluency in English
