As a game provider, compliance is central to our ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses, enter new markets, and build long-term relationships with regulated operators. We are looking for a Compliance Officer who understands the B2B iGaming landscape and can support our licensing and regulatory efforts as we continue to grow.

About the Role

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for supporting Expanse Studios across all regulatory and compliance matters relevant to a B2B game provider. This includes managing licensing processes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring our games and operations meet applicable regulatory requirements, reviewing commercial and partner agreements from a compliance perspective, and maintaining documentation required by regulators and operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the acquisition and maintenance of gaming licenses across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with regulatory authorities and managing documentation throughout the process
• Monitor regulatory developments in key markets and assess their impact on our games, commercial arrangements, and operations
• Review and provide input on commercial agreements, partnership contracts, and operator agreements from a compliance and regulatory perspective
• Ensure that our games and technical systems meet applicable certification, testing, and regulatory requirements across all active markets
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls relevant to a B2B game provider
• Ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and equivalent frameworks in markets where we operate
• Act as a point of contact with regulators, testing laboratories, and certification bodies
• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, regulatory filings, and records required by operators and licensing authorities
• Conduct internal compliance reviews and risk assessments, identifying areas of exposure and recommending remediation
• Deliver compliance awareness and training to internal teams
• Support due diligence processes when onboarding new operators or entering new markets

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or licensing within the iGaming industry, ideally with exposure to B2B or game provider environments
• Familiarity with iGaming regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions (e.g. Malta MGA, UK GC, Serbia, and other regulated markets)
• Experience with gaming license applications or maintenance processes is a strong advantage
• Ability to review and understand commercial and legal documentation, with a practical compliance mindset
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple regulatory workstreams simultaneously
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling B2B environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities
