ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver projects efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge across construction methodologies, combined with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive results from project inception through to handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading construction projects across all phases, from initial planning through to completion
• Conducting thorough project reviews to define delivery schedules and establish accurate cost estimates
• Ensuring timely delivery of all projects in line with defined scope, requirements, and budget constraints
• Monitoring all on-site and off-site activities to ensure full compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
• Participating in technical evaluation during tender processes
• Tracking daily work progress and identifying areas requiring intervention
• Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks while resolving issues as they arise
• Managing the permitting process and ensuring all required approvals are in place
• Upholding construction quality standards and verifying the application of appropriate techniques
• Compiling and maintaining project reports covering cost performance, physical and design progress, regulatory matters, contractor performance, quality, and safety

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 10 years of experience in construction project delivery, with a focus on high-rise residential, office, or hospitality developments
• Minimum 6 years in a management capacity
• Solid understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Strong command of building products, construction details, and applicable regulations and quality standards
• Familiarity with health, safety, and quality frameworks
• Proficiency with construction and project management software

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent command of English
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Sound judgment and decision-making under pressure
• Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
