Job Description:

’’Work to live’’ concept which is currently being developing by the Poseidon Group will revolutionize migrant worker accommodation in Europe in the next 5 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Construction Site Supervisor to manage the site team in undertaking a variety of challenging projects throughout the Croatia and Serbia.

Key competencies:

• Organize and monitor the work of labor
• Monitor progress and compliance in accordance with the design drawings and specifications
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with statutory regulations, current standards and company quality assurance procedures
• Provide feedback to Project Managers on any defects of defaults found and when they occur and put forward any innovative ideas to alter current methodology
• Ensure good communications within the project
• Willingness to work throughout the Croatia & due to the varied locations of projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, professional Engineer’s License
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Driving license and regional travel are requirement
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Previous experience of building construction from foundations to mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering to architectural fit out.
• Knowledge of all phases of construction operations relating to field activities of engineering disciplines, construction technologies and jobsite management.
• Knowledge of methods and materials used within the process
