Contact Center Operator — Swedish, Danish & Finnish

Candidate profile

• Excellent knowledge of Swedish, Danish or Finnish language (fluency in more than one is a strong advantage)
• Excellent computer skills
• Outstanding communication skills and a genuine ease with people
• A responsible, professional approach to work

Your responsibilities

• Supporting clients through written channels (email, forms, live chat)
• Assisting clients by phone
• Maintaining and updating the database
• Preparing reports
