Contact Centre and Sales Officer – Telenor Banka

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and help existing and potential clients with all bank related requirements
  • Communicating with customers via live chat, social media and email
  • Creating customers' interest for Telenor banka services and products
  • Offering and selling Telenor banka services and products through incoming and outgoing calls and written communication
  • Delivering extraordinary customer experience through great quality and professional communication
  • Educating customers about bank services and products, internet and mobile banking applications etc
  • Meeting personal sales goals and targets related to the level of service
  • Blocking debit/credit cards, customer's applications and performing all needed changes of customer’s data and products through the system
  • Retention of customers who require contract termination
  • Keeping records of incoming and outgoing calls and activities within customers' profile, in accordance with the reasons of contact

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school degree
  • Excellent verbal and written capabilities
  • Fluency in English
  • Sales-minded work approach
  • Willing to learn and improve capabilities
