Content & Social Media Intern

We are looking for a creative and motivated Content and Social Media Intern to join our team and provide support in creating and publishing content across our digital channels.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

As a Content Intern, you will assist in creating and managing social media content, participate in developing ideas for posts and campaigns, and take part in photo and video shoots. You will also provide support in writing and publishing blog content and have the opportunity to gain experience working with CMS platforms and other digital tools.

Your profile:

• You have a university degree or are in the final year of studies in social sciences, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field;
• You have a category B driver's license and are willing to travel to field locations (this is very important to us!);
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with an interest in creating engaging content for different digital channels;
• Creative thinking and an interest in social media, digital marketing, current trends, and new digital content formats;
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with different teams;
• Excellent spoken and written English;
• Basic understanding of blog writing, social media content creation, or other digital content formats, gained through university studies or personal projects;
• Basic knowledge of video and visual content editing tools such as CapCut and Canva;
• A good eye for selecting relevant and visually appealing content, with an understanding of the importance of maintaining a consistent brand visual identity;
• Proactivity, organization, curiosity, and a desire to learn and develop new skills.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting the management and development of the company's TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts;
• Supporting the planning, filming, and editing of Reels, video materials, and other formats;
• Participating in creating on-camera content, including presenting, explaining, and narration;
• Traveling to field locations when needed for photography and video content creation;
• Assisting with planning and maintaining a regular content calendar and publishing schedule;
• Monitoring current social media trends, formats, and topics relevant to the target audience, as well as contributing new and creative ideas;
• Supporting the creation of engaging posts that showcase the company's products, services, projects, and activities;
• Working closely with different teams to develop and execute content ideas for digital channels;
• Assisting with writing, editing, and publishing blog posts and other written content, adapting it to the target audience and digital channel;
• Assisting with the use of CMS platforms and other digital tools for creating, editing, and publishing content.

More details about internship:

• The internship is paid, with compensation of approximately RSD 60,000 per month, depending on the number of working hours, with the possibility of employment after successfully completing the internship;
• The intern will receive training in content management and working with administrative applications;
• 20 days of annual leave and days off for all public and religious holidays as well as free weekends;
• Flexible arrival time (8–9 AM) and departure time (4–5 PM);
