Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Web Expert to help shape and optimize the digital candidate and employee experience across our career and onboarding platforms.

As part of the Group Talent team, you will be responsible for managing, publishing, and maintaining content across our career websites, external career pages, and onboarding platforms, including Phenom CMS, Indeed, Glassdoor, Appical, and similar tools. You will ensure a consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned experience for candidates and new hires across multiple countries and languages.

By combining content management expertise, digital savviness, data-driven performance analysis, and strong collaboration skills, you will contribute to strengthening our employer brand and enhancing the overall experience throughout the candidate and onboarding journey.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in CMS management and digital content operations who enjoys working in an international environment and delivering high-quality results through attention to detail and structured execution.

This role will be conducted Part-Time (1-Year Contract) with possible extension.

Your Job

You collaborate closely with Group Talent, Talent Acquisition, Group Communication, and other stakeholders across the Proximus Group to:

• Publish and maintain validated content on internal and external career sites through Phenom CMS and related platforms.
• Build, publish, and maintain career pages, landing pages, campaign pages, and other digital assets using approved content, including career pages on platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor.
• Manage and update content on onboarding platforms such as Appical.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across multilingual content (Dutch, French, English, Spanish, and other languages).
• Apply employer branding guidelines and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all candidate touchpoints.
• Perform quality checks and ensure content is published accurately, on time, and according to established standards and processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across different countries to ensure content accuracy and timely publication.
• Manage CMS components, templates, content structures, and digital assets.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital career and onboarding platforms, including Phenom, Indeed, Glassdoor, and related tools, to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support content optimization initiatives by using platform insights, performance data, and user experience feedback to improve digital impact rather than only publishing content.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the digital candidate and onboarding experience.

Your Profile

• You have experience working with content management systems (CMS), ideally Phenom or similar platforms.
• You have experience managing and publishing web content in a professional environment.
• You have experience with onboarding platforms such as Appical is considered a plus.
• You understand, or are eager to develop a strong understanding of, candidate experience and onboarding journey initiatives.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality work.
• You can follow established guidelines, processes, and brand standards with accuracy and consistency.
• You are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• You can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You are digitally savvy and eager to learn new tools and platforms.
• You have knowledge of user experience principles, content optimization, and SEO is considered an asset.
• You are comfortable working with reporting and performance data from digital platforms, including Phenom and external career platforms, to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You have knowledge of French and/or Dutch (considered a strong asset).
