KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor project performance (cost, timeline, quality), proactively manage risks and deviations, and ensure timely corrective actions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain) and manage external contractors and suppliers
- Ensure all project documentation, approvals, and tender processes are completed in line with project requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects and operations, applying Lean methodologies to improve efficiency and eliminate waste
- Lead change management activities, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and best practice sharing
- Support people development through training, coaching, and knowledge transfer within CI and project management areas
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related field preferred)/High School Diploma
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, project management, and/or continuous improvement roles
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and CI tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
- Proven experience in leading projects and driving process improvements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel (Location - Neresnica)
- Fluent English
