Contract Coordinator

Eqytech operates in Belgrade, as a branch of Green Wave Electronics a leading electronics recycler based in the USA, dedicated to providing sustainable recycling solutions since 2007. Our mission is to promote environmental responsibility through effective recycling practices while serving a diverse range of clients nationwide. 

Green Wave is an industry leader in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) service industry, with locations in the US from coast to coast. We provide our customers with cradle to grave solutions for their IT equipment. 

The Contract Coordinator manages contracts, bids, and pricing for ITAD and 3PL opportunities. The role focuses on responding to RFPs/RFQs, building pricing, supporting negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding. It works closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive successful and profitable deals, while supporting deal execution, pricing strategy, and contract management across ITAD and 3PL.

This is an on-site position that requires strong focus, responsibility, and excellent English communication skills. 

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 12-8pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bids and contracts from intake to submission
• Prepare and submit clear, accurate RFP/RFQ responses
• Build and validate pricing with internal teams
• Support deal negotiations to improve win rate and margins
• Conduct market research to identify bid opportunities aligned with the company’s capabilities
• Establish and manage systems to track and monitor upcoming bid opportunities.
• Coordinate handoff to onboarding after contract award
• Track performance (bids, win rates, pricing outcomes)
• Improve templates, workflows, and CRM processes

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
• 2–4 years in contracts, bids, pricing, or similar role
• Hands-on RFP/RFQ experience
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work hours aligned with USA based workforce
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Experience in ITAD, 3PL, logistics, recycling, or supply chain industries
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
