Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, Law, Quantity
• Surveying or an equivalent discipline
• Proven experience in contract administration or claims management on EPC, ELV, telecom, infrastructure or large construction projects
• Working knowledge of FIDIC is essential; familiarity with multi-discipline or turnkey delivery strongly preferred
• Strong command of contractual English; Serbian native or fluent
• Excellent written communication, negotiation and analytical skills; calm, precise and methodical under escalation pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all contractual correspondence with employers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers across the project lifecycle — claims, notices, variations, extensions of time (EOT) and disputes
• Manage the full claims lifecycle: identification, notification within contractual time bars, substantiation, quantification (cost and time), negotiation and settlement
• Handle escalations and damages — liquidated damages, delay and disruption claims, back-charges — and coordinate the company’s formal response
• Maintain a live contract register and a notice/deadline tracker so that no time-barred entitlement is ever lost
• Advise project, design and procurement teams on contractual obligations, risk allocation and the correct procedural response to events on site
• Manage the contractual interface across LOGO’s practices —
• EPC design-and-build, ELV systems integration and telecommunications — including multi-discipline scope splits and back-to-back terms 
• Apply international contract management best practices, including FIDIC-based contract administration, risk management, change control, and dispute prevention and resolution
