Controlling, Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

Role Summary:

The Controlling, Financial Planning and Analysis Expert is responsible for driving financial planning, reporting and performance analysis across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and strategic goals. It plays a key part in supporting management decision-making through insights on profitability, KPIs and market trends. The position also ensures compliance with internal policies, legal requirements and quality standards, while maintaining oversight of overall business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver financial reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) in line with corporate standards.
• Lead monthly reporting to Group and management (GGR/NGR, CAPEX, cost tracking, budget vs. actuals).
• Manage planning cycles (long-term plan, budgeting and quarterly forecasts) in coordination with all departments.
• Analyze business performance, profitability and KPIs; monitor branch results vs. budget.
• Prepare presentations and insights for management reviews (MBR, QBR, Operations Review).
• Conduct performance review meetings with retail divisions.
• Support the Head of Controlling in operational and organizational activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and quality standards; perform internal controls.
• Conduct market research and provide analyses to support decision-making.
• Act as a responsible person before relevant authorities within the scope of work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (EQF level 6 or 7) in Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same or similar roles.
• Advanced computer skills required.
• Valid Category B driver’s license.
