We are seeking for a candidate to successfully fulfill the position of: Coordinator in QA - QC

Job Description:

• Manage the documents and QMS records
• Participates in the process of QMS implementation
• Participates planning, preparation, conducting and reporting of audits
• Management, archiving, updating, signature collection and distribution of quality documentation (procedures, instructions, formats, etc.)
• Storage and distribution in production dep of the paper /coating/ saturation/cutting specifications and/or new issued quality documents
• Manage non-conformity and returned material with daily registration (monitoring of returns, blocks, unblocking of non-compliant materials and similar)
• Prepares statistical reports as indicators of the manufacturing process
• Coordinates incoming inspection, and documentations CoA TDS, MSDS
• Update / storage of the issuance of new TDS, of sales products
• Issuance of analysis certificates for supply products on specific customer request
• Upgrading, archiving and distribution in the laboratory of all relevant ISO documentation (Procedure, Instruction, Format, etc.)
• Management, updating, storage and control of good operation / calibration of laboratory equipment
• Maintains electronic Microsoft AX activities concerning the QC and documentation of the division
• Manages the non-compliant and materials out of standards handling
• The Employee will report to the Head of Quality control department

Candidate Profile:

• MSc University degree in Faculty of Chemistry or Technology
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced level of computer skills, particularly MS Office package, proficiency in Excel
• Analytical thinking and good work organization
• The willingness and openness to the acceptance of new technologies and processes
• Advanced knowledge of English language
