Core Network Senior Engineer

What we will expect from you:

• Operating and maintaining a triple-site, multi-homed core network infrastructure
• Managing and optimizing BGP routing (peering, policy control, traffic engineering, failover)
• Delivering and supporting L2/L3 services (Internet transit, VPN/SD-BRANCH, infrastructure hosting)
• Configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting network equipment (Fortinet, MikroTik, and multi-vendor platforms)
• Performing incident detection, root cause analysis, and resolution across core and customer-facing services
• Implementing new network services and integrating new vendors into the existing architecture
• Monitoring network performance, capacity, and availability, with a focus on resilience and redundancy
• Working with upstream providers on routing, peering, and service delivery
• Providing advanced support and escalation handling for internal teams and business customers
• Maintaining documentation, network diagrams, and configuration standards

For a good start you will need:

• College degree in IT or Technical field
• At least 4 years of experience in a same or similar position
• Excellent knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (routing, BGP, switching, and security), as well as Fortinet, and MikroTik network equipment
• Familiarity with 802.11-based wireless networks
• Cisco, Fortinet, or MikroTik certification (an advantage)
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent computer skills
