Creator Outreach Specialist

We are looking to introduce a dedicated Creator Outreach Specialist role to support the sales and platform teams across Wild Vision.

This role will focus on researching relevant creators, pages, publishers, and contacts across platforms such as Facebook, MSN, and Spotify, ensuring the sales team always has high-quality, relevant outreach opportunities and accurate contact information available.

The position will work very closely with Team Leaders, the Head of Platforms, and the wider sales team, becoming a specialist in understanding each platform and identifying the right pages, creators, and decision-makers to target.

A key part of the role will be understanding the direction the sales team is moving in, aligning research efforts with current outreach priorities, and proactively identifying opportunities that match platform performance trends.

Core Responsibilities

Creator & Platform Research

• Research relevant creators, pages, publishers, and opportunities across Facebook, MSN, Spotify, and other platforms.
• Identify high-potential creators and pages aligned with Wild Vision’s growth strategy.
• Stay up to date with platform trends, fast-growing creators, and emerging opportunities.
• Become a specialist in understanding how each platform operates and where the best outreach opportunities exist.
• Deep dive into platform analytics and performance trends to understand what types of content, creators, and pages are performing best.
• Use platform insights and data to target creators and pages that align with successful performance patterns.

Sales Collaboration & Direction

• Work extremely closely with the sales team, Team Leaders, and Head of Platforms to understand outreach priorities and strategic direction.
• Ensure research efforts are aligned with the current focus areas of the sales team.
• Provide feedback and insight to sales teams on emerging opportunities, trends, and high-performing creator categories.
• Continuously adapt strategies based on sales feedback and platform performance data.

Contact & Email Sourcing

• Find and verify business emails and relevant contact information for targeted creators and pages.
• Ensure all data is accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Maintain quality control across outreach lists.

Lemlist & Outreach Support

• Upload and organize contact lists within Lemlist for each salesperson.
• Segment outreach lists appropriately depending on campaigns and sales priorities.
• Ensure sales teams are consistently supplied with fresh, relevant, and high-quality outreach opportunities.

Additional Support Tasks

• Assist with general administration tasks that support the sales and platform teams.
• Help improve internal processes around research, lead sourcing, analytics tracking, and outreach preparation.

Key Skills & Qualities

• Strong research and investigative skills.
• Highly analytical with the ability to interpret platform trends and performance data.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, analytics tools, and outreach software such as Lemlist.
• Able to identify quality opportunities independently.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital publishing, and creator platforms.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to become a true specialist in platform ecosystems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with multiple departments.
• English language proficiency (written and spoken) — minimum B2 level

Ideal Background

• Experience in lead generation, sales support, research, analytics, or digital media.
• Familiarity with Facebook pages, MSN publishers, Spotify creators/podcasts, or creator ecosystems.
• Experience sourcing contacts and organizing outreach campaigns.
• Comfortable analyzing platform performance and identifying successful content trends.
• Understanding of creator monetization or platform partnerships would be beneficial.
