Creator Support Specialist
Wild Vision is an international company in the creator economy, partnering with 800+ video creators and filmmakers to generate passive income across 30+ platforms - from YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram to Spotify and connected TV services like Roku, Tubi, and Prime Video.
About the Role
You will be the main point of contact for creators, responsible for handling communication, resolving issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on a daily basis.
This role involves managing multiple ongoing issues at the same time and requires strong organisation and independent work.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for assigned creators
- Respond to messages clearly and professionally
- Handle issues such as payments, account access, and platform-related problems
- Take ownership of each case until it is fully resolved
- Collect and organise all necessary information
- Keep creators informed throughout the process
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Proactively identify and prevent potential problems
Requirements
- Strong English (written and spoken)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
