Credit Control & Accounting Specialist

Heads Talent Solutions has partnered with a recognized leader and pioneer in the oil products sector, handling the distribution and marketing of a wide range of oil products. To support their growth, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join their team asCredit Control & Accounting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages credit control and account receivables, ensuring timely collection of payments and assessing customer creditworthiness.
• Ensures compliance with Group Credit policy and manage risks to achieve no bad debt for the company
• Manages the financial and accounting flows of Customer Cards and assists with timely resolution of systems issues.
• Manages Cash Flow Actuals and Forecast and prepare report with explanations of deviations.
• Prepare proper authorization and payment proposal.
• Execute daily payments, prepare reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards etc.
• Manage communication with the banks and coordinate with HQ Treasury team in all bank related matters.
• Actively participate in preparing and analyzing data for Budget and 5Year Estimate as per company procedures
• Assist on fuels delivery notes and incoming invoicing and costing activities for month end (under the supervision of Financial Controller)
• Participate in key finance projects as per needs and guidance of the Financial Controller.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting & credit management, or finance.
• Higher education (BS), preferably in economics, finance, or a related field
• English language: fluently in both reading & writing
• Proficiency in MS Office system
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial systems, preferably SAP
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with legal regulations related to credit and collections.
• Cooperative and team-oriented individual
• SAP or MS Office Certificates
