WorkaNova is a BPO customer experience specialist, delivering exceptional customer care, sales, technical support, and back-office services to companies globally. Our expertise is focused on several different industry sectors such as Fintech, iGaming, and e-commerce industries, supporting more than 10+ languages.

We are looking for a technically minded and client-oriented professional with strong B2B experience and hands-on expertise working within CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles and understands how companies use CRM data, workflows, segmentation, filtering logic, and automations in real business environments.

Required Technical Skills

  • Experience with relational databases
  • Experience with SQL queries
  • Strong understanding of filtering logic and conditional rules
  • Ability to think in logical operators
  • Experience with data segmentation
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas/functions
  • Experience with regular expressions (regex)
  • Strong hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems 
    • Minimum of 3-5 years professional work experience in B2B
    • Minimum of 2-4 years experience with software apps like Salesforce, HubSpot, other CRM, or other complex B2B software
    • Minimum of 3-5 years in Customer Service or customer-facing roles in B2B
    • Minimum of 1-2 years in the same job

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in high-quality support, onboarding, solutions consulting, implementation, or similar technical customer-facing B2B roles
  • You have previous hands-on experience working directly within HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/customer data platforms
  • You’re a strong communicator who’s equally comfortable over chat, email, or Zoom
  • You’re curious, driven, and enjoy solving technical and data-related challenges
  • You can troubleshoot and explain technical concepts clearly, even when documentation is limited
  • You’re confident working with data tools, CRMs, workflows, and customer segmentation
  • You’re collaborative, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-moving remote environment
  • You enjoy combining communication, technology, and problem-solving in a client-facing role
  • You’re aligned with our mission: making it fun, easy, and approachable to work with data
