Custom Project Procurement

YOUR TASKS

• Creates and monitors purchase orders with suppliers (converts suggested order quantities into purchase orders, tracks purchase orders, enters supplier confirmations into the ERP system, monitors deliveries, and follows up on overdue items)
• Maintains and monitors parameters for assigned product groups (OTD – On-Time Delivery, overdue items, and order confirmations not received within three working days)
• Open new suppliers with Process Documentation: NDA, SFR-Financial Report, SRF-Registration Forms
• Manages the supplier database: creates and updates supplier data, and verifies supplier status;
• Prepares Requests for Quotation (RFQs) based on received requirements, collects supplier quotations.
• Applies Total Cost Management principles while considering supply chain flexibility factors
• Evaluates, analyzes, and coordinates cost-saving initiatives and HK deviation management
• Performs various analyses and responds to ad-hoc requests and inquiries
• Open Sold Items in the ERP System with defined Process
• Reviews invoice discrepancies (quantity or price variances) and approves them within the agreed payment terms;
• Prepares documentation related procurement;
• Prepares return documentation upon Quality Department request and in accordance with established procedures
• Supports Customer Service by placing orders for out-of-warranty repairs;
• Provides support and collaborates with various departments (Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Sales, KAZ.
• Ensures electronic documentation and archiving of procurement data in compliance with company policies and compliance requirements

YOUR PROFILE   

• Educational background in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment is an advantage 
• Fluent in Serbian and English; German is a plus 
• Strong MS Office and ERP system skills 
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills 
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to work in a dynamic environment
