ALUMIL YU Industry is a multinational company that has been engaged in the production and distribution of aluminum profiles for more than 30 years. ALUMIL is one of the leading regional distributors of aluminum profiles, PVC profiles, and hardware.

Due to an increase in business volume, our project team is looking for new members who will contribute to our success. Therefore, we are announcing an opening for the position of:

Customer consultant

Location: New Belgrade

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing technical drawings in AutoCAD to support project design
• Performing static calculations and analyses for selecting appropriate profiles during project preparation
• Receiving calls and requests from internal and external clients (including end customers) and providing technical support
• Collaborating with other departments on projects requiring technical support
• Participating in the design of special projects
• Preparing estimates and quotations in AlumilCal and training clients on how to use the software
• Identifying client needs and supporting their implementation
• Entering project data into the CRM database
• Informing Commercial Division management about upcoming major projects
• Training new and existing colleagues on all technical aspects

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Level VI-VII) in Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
