Your Responsibilities

Manage reservations and bookings for luxury ground transportation services
Act as a key point of contact for clients and chauffeurs, ensuring clear and confident communication
Monitor live trips, proactively resolve issues, and provide real-time updates when needed
Deliver calm, professional solutions in time-sensitive and high-expectation situations
Build long-term client trust through accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail

Requirements

Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure with a solution-focused mindset
Previous experience in customer support or service is an advantage
Comfortable working with multiple systems and real-time information
