Customer Experience Specialist

At Globalkom, together with our sister company LimoLabs, we support international clients across different industries and are looking for motivated people who want to make the transition into a professional office environment.

Previous customer support or office experience is welcome, but not mandatory. We provide structured, paid training to prepare you for the role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with international clients, partners, and service providers
• Coordinating booking requests, schedules, and ongoing activities
• Working across multiple systems and keeping information accurate and up to date
• Following up on requests, documentation, and outstanding information
• Managing multiple priorities and responding to time-sensitive situations
• Providing clear and timely updates to everyone involved
• Identifying issues and finding practical solutions
• Making sure each request is handled accurately and followed through from start to finish
