Position: Customer Logistics Planner (m/f/d)

Location: Čačak (on-site)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and processing customer orders based on long-term and short-term delivery schedules
• Monitoring customer requirements and ensuring timely delivery execution
• Creating and maintaining delivery schedules in SAP
• Organizing and coordinating external processing activities and related logistics operations
• Collaborating with Production Logistics, Production, Warehouse, and Sales departments to align capacity planning with customer requirements
• Organizing and scheduling transportation and freight forwarding activities for domestic and international shipments
• Communicating with freight forwarding companies and logistics service providers
• Monitoring transportation costs and verifying incoming invoices for logistics services
• Preparing, reviewing, and archiving export documentation, certificates, and supporting shipping documents
• Creating delivery notes and processing shipment invoicing in accordance with internal procedures
• Maintaining and updating customer master data, material master data, and logistics parameters in SAP
• Monitoring logistics KPIs and identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Participating in logistics process optimization projects and supporting activities related to JIT/JIS operations and EDL warehouses

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school education (Level IV qualification)
• Educational background in Logistics, Transportation, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is considered an advantage
• Previous experience in logistics, production planning, delivery planning, or customer service within a manufacturing environment is considered an advantage
• Good working knowledge of SAP
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
