Customer Management Support Associate

A U.S.-based logistics and moving-services company is building a new Customer Management team — the function that turns every new customer into a governed, complete record: validated legal entity, credit info gathered, contracts on file, contacts captured. You'll work the overnight window so the U.S. team starts each morning with clean, ready-to-approve records.

Entity & Hierarchy

• Research legal entities, DBAs, and corporate structures to validate new customer requests;
• Identify and resolve duplicate records in the CRM;
• Place accounts correctly in parent/sub-customer hierarchies;
• Capture account numbers and required identifiers on every record;
• Work the live approval queue to keep setup speed on SLA.

Documents & Contacts

• Chase, collect, and file customer contracts and MSAs;
• Attach documents to the correct customer record — complete and audit-ready;
• Build and maintain contact rosters (minimum two contacts per account);
• Monitor the shared company inbox and route items fast;
• Work the live approval queue during the overnight window.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years in administrative, sales support, or back-office operations;
• Hands-on CRM or ERP experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, or similar);
• Strong written English — professional emails to U.S. customers and internal teams;
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail; you catch what others miss;
• Comfortable learning new software fast and working from documented SOPs;
• Reliable overnight availability aligned to U.S. business hours.

Bonus points: logistics / freight / moving industry exposure, data cleanup or migration projects, credit or contract admin.
