We are looking for an ambitious Customer Order Specialist to our newly created Customer Service and Engagement team in Serbia.

The right will take part of the daily operation to ensure our order handling and customer approach meets and exceed customer expectations. The daily work will mainly be focused around: Processing of sales and service orders, handling of RFQ, processing of invoices, export compliance and customer facing insides Sales activities.

Your tasks

  • Processing of sales and service orders
  • RFQ handling
  • Processing of invoices
  • Proactive customer & Stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure export compliance
  • Engaging and working with internal stakeholders to solve customer request and orders
  • Customer facing and proactive inside selling opportunities
  • Prioritize, balance workload, and allocate tasks
  • Provide effective sales and customer support to our customers
  • Consistently work to achieve customer satisfaction by encouraging and providing quick, honest, and qualified answers and support.
  • Work with and support EMEA CSE Manager in creating and executing process improvements
  • Be a part of a proactive customer engagement culture and drive continues improvement.
  • Proactively flagging of issues and develop possible solutions.
  • Help establish inside selling culture & structure that provides value and create new revenue streams
  • Other duties as assigned.

You’re experience & educational background 

  • High School diploma or university degree within relevant area.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience within customer Service or Sales in a large corporate company.
  • Effective communication skills cross-functionally with different department stakeholders
  • Self-starter to initiate work and execute solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess situations and make sound decisions.
  • Any former experience within change management would be desirable
  • Required Language(s) (at working level): Fluent English, verbal and written.
  • Additional language required: Fluent Italian, verbal and written.
