Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer quality concerns, complaints, and all customer quality-related topics.
- Ensure timely communication and response to customer claims through customer portals, meetings, and daily coordination.
- Lead root cause analysis activities using methodologies such as Ishikawa and 5 Why.
- Together with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT), define and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence of issues and monitor their effectiveness.
- Track and report customer quality KPIs, including claims, PPM, COPQ, sorting activities, and escalation status.
- Support customer audits and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards, especially IATF 16949 requirements.
- Cooperate closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as:
- 8D Reports
- Quality Alerts
- Customer Reports
- Control Plans
- Maintain accurate claim records and ensure alignment between internal systems and customer B2B portals.
- Support customer visits, resident engineer activities, and sorting activities when required.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on customer satisfaction and process stability.
- Conduct regular customer visits, build and maintain strong communication and relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in customer quality within the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of automotive quality tools and methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, Control Plan).
- Good understanding of IATF 16949 standards and customer-specific requirements.
- Experience working with customer portals and handling customer claims.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
