Customer Representative

Role Description

Do you have a very professional and polite approach towards clients? We are currently searching for a Customer Representative to join our team and help us continue maintaining good relationships with clients. In this role, your responsibility would be to pay attention to all details regarding freight shipments. Sending timely updates, communication regarding appointments and anticipating any potential issues. Leaving our clients with the best possible experience.  

Please note that this is the second shift (2pm-11pm), and work from the office in Novi Sad is mandatory. 

Responsibilities  

• Accepting tenders from clients and entering into our TMS
• Scheduling loading and unloading times
• Reporting to clients on Issues, truck locations, and loading/unloading times
• Updating TMS client portals
• Solving simpler challenges on shipments
• Resolving additional costs on shipments

How do we imagine an ideal new colleague?

• Previous experience in logistics is required (same or similar position)
• Having excellent knowledge of English (speaking and writing)
