Customer Sales Assistant

We’re hiring a Customer Sales Assistant to work alongside one of our Customer Managers in the U.S. This is an in-office position for someone who’s motivated, organized, and ready to build valuable skills in the logistics industry.

You don’t need years of experience. We’ll teach you the business and give you the support you need to succeed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Communicating with customers and carriers by phone
• Helping coordinate shipments and delivery appointments
• Managing orders and keeping track of shipment progress
• Following up with customers and partners
• Helping solve everyday operational challenges
• Supporting an experienced Customer Manager with daily tasks and organization
