Customer Sales Representative Assistant (Remote)
Want to get into logistics and learn from someone who knows the business?
We're looking for a Customer Sales Representative Assistant to work directly with one of our high-volume Customer Representatives and help keep their customers, orders, and shipments running smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Communicate with customers and carriers on the phone
- Schedule appointments and coordinate shipments
- Manage orders and follow up on shipment progress
- Help resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Support your Customer representative and keep things organized
What we're looking for:
- Strong English communication skills
- Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, quick to learn, and willing to take ownership
- Logistics experience is a plus, but not required, cause we'll train you
