Beynservice d.o.o is looking for a new team member for the position of a Customer Service Agent.

As a customer service agent you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Fluent in French, Arabic, and English
• It is desirable for the candidates to have experience in customer sports support or similar position (it is not required)

As a customer service agent, you will:

• Deliver a second line support service receiving requests and queries
• Provide customers with adequate information

• Ensure effective communication with customers
• Work in shifts
