We are currently looking for:
Customer Service Agent
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Analytical approach to solving problems
- Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Prior Call Center experience desired
- Computer use (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communication with clients via phone, email and live person chat
- Resolving problems and client complaints regarding service
- Entering information regarding reservations in company software
