Customer Service and Dispatch Representative

In this role, you’ll:

• Assist clients with booking luxury transportation services via phone, email, and chat, providing high-quality customer service and building long-term client relationships
• Handle reservations, modifications, and special requests with accuracy while proactively upselling services and offering tailored transportation solutions
• Communicate with passengers, drivers, and global affiliates regarding bookings, availability, pricing, and trip updates
• Help monitor reservations and ongoing trips to ensure smooth execution, resolving issues in real time when needed, including basic dispatch coordination when required
• Use company software and mapping tools to manage reservations, optimize routes, and support operational efficiency
• Perform other related duties as needed

What we’re looking for: 

• At least 1 year of experience in the ground transportation industry (black car service preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle complex situations
• Proficiency in English (US English preferred)
• Availability to work across all shifts (Serbian day, evening or overnight), as schedules may vary depending on the client 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
