German Speaking Customer Service & Logistics Specialist

One thing we'd like to clarify from the start: 

This is NOT a call center position.

Instead, you'll gain hands-on experience across the entire Supply Chain process—from customer order to final delivery. You'll coordinate international logistics operations, collaborate with customers, carriers, warehouses and internal teams, and learn how products move across international markets.

What you'll do

You'll coordinate the complete logistics flow—from customer order to final delivery.

• Manage customer orders from order entry to delivery and invoicing (in SAP)
• Communicate with customers about deliveries and logistics topics (mostly via email and phone)
• Coordinate transport companies and plan shipments
• Track deliveries and solve operational challenges
• Check transport documents and invoices
• Monitor warehouse stock levels and operational performance
• Coordinate warehouse partners across multiple European markets
• Support logistics optimization and continuous improvement projects
• Prepare reports and KPIs that help improve business performance

What we're looking for

• Advanced German language skills (no certificate or language diploma required—we simply want you to communicate confidently)
• Good working knowledge of English
• Interest in international business, logistics and supply chain
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment
• Curiosity, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team spirit and proactive mindset 

Experience in logistics or customer service is a plus—but it's definitely not a requirement.
